📦 How It Works

  • Step 1: Contact us at airstalstore@gmail.com within your 5-day window.

  • Step 2: Box up the fan in its original packaging with all charging cords and accessories included.

  • Step 3: Drop it in the mail!

Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your returned fan, we don't make you wait around. Your refund will be processed and credited right back to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.

Please Note: Items must be in new, undamaged condition to qualify for a full refund. Shipping fees on returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the fan arrived defective.
